JSC 2009 EXCEPTIONAL SOFTWARE AWARD RECEIVED BY BARRIOS’ MIDAS TEAM
HOUSTON, TX -
The Mission Integration Database Applications System (MIDAS) was recently recognized as Exceptional Software by Johnson Space Center. The MIDAS Team who developed the software is managed by Jeff Cline with Allan Plumb serving as the technical lead, supported by Dianna Cauthen, Mindi Davis, Bert Hood, Don Huhn, Richard Lewis, David Shannon, Connie Smart, and Shan Shan Zeng of Barrios Technology, along with Dewey (Tim) Brown of NASA.
The awards each year are based on criteria that include making a significant scientific or technical contribution to the NASA mission. NASA’s International Space Station (ISS) Management uses MIDAS extensively to manage ISS mission integration work. Congratulations to the MIDAS Team for their outstanding success and dedication in support of space exploration.
