EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZED WITH STS-119 MISSION PLAQUE HANGING
HOUSTON, TX -
Mission plaque hanging and ladder holding are great honors in the space community. Ivy Apostolakopoulos, Joe Aldape, and Telisha Harris recently experienced the honor of hanging the STS-119 Mission Plaque representing their teams at Johnson Space Center.
STS-119 Mission Plaque – Hold the Ladder
Ivy Apostolakopoulos, Operations Support Officer at Barrios Technology, held the ladder for outstanding technical leadership and excellence in developing and executing In-Flight Maintenance Operations to restore full functionality to the International Space Station (ISS) Water Recovery System in support of efforts to transition to a six-person ISS crew.

STS-119 Mission Plaque – Hang the Plaque
Joe Aldape, STS-119 Lead Ops Planner at Barrios Technology, and Telisha Harris, Lead Flight Activities Officer at United Space Alliance, hung the plaque for outstanding technical leadership and excellence in building multiple integrated plans to address continually evolving ISS Program needs and Shuttle launch delays.
