DON SMITH HANGS TRAINING PLAQUE FOR TEAM
HOUSTON, TX - Don Smith, Lead Space Station Systems Instructor (Barrios Technology) recently received the honor of hanging the training plaque at Johnson Space Center on behalf of the 15A Mission Training Team.
Don managed hundreds of details associated with preparing the simulator, crew, and flight control team for S6 (Space Station “Power Module” that STS-119 launched & installed) activation, including significant simulator model troubleshooting with visuals, Electrical Power System models, and moving object disconnects.
