Barrios CEO Gives Commencement Speech to UHCL Students

HOUSTON, May 29, 2012 — Barrios Technology President and CEO Sandy Johnson presented the commencement address during University of Houston-Clear Lake’s 3 p.m. Commencement Ceremony that recognized graduates of the Schools of Business and Education. During the ceremony, UH-Clear Lake President William A. Staples presented Johnson with a Presidential Medal, which recognizes an individual for outstanding contributions to the university or to activities of interest to the university. It also recognizes Johnson’s record of outstanding professional achievement. This is only the third time in the history of the university that the medal has been awarded.
