Jamie Warren
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jamie Warren is the Chief Financial Officer at Barrios Technology. She oversees the company’s Finance, Accounting, and Business Management organizations. She is responsible for corporate finance strategy, government contract accounting compliance, budgeting and forecasting, cost management, financial reporting, cash flow oversight, and long-range strategic planning.
CAREER & EXPERIENCE
Jamie is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience spanning Fortune 500 public energy companies, public accounting, and private equity–backed high-growth startups.
Prior to joining Barrios Technology, she served in executive finance leadership roles within a technology startup environment, where she led capital formation initiatives, M&A execution, financial restructuring, and the development of scalable accounting and reporting infrastructure to support strategic growth.
Jamie spent much of her career at CenterPoint Energy, advancing through senior finance leadership roles with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting, investor relations, and enterprise operations and capital planning. Her experience includes supporting large-scale strategic transactions, strengthening governance and internal controls, and driving disciplined financial management within a complex, regulated public company environment. She began her career in public accounting at Deloitte Tax LLP.
EDUCATION
Jamie holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas since 2011.

A proud native Houstonian, Jamie lives near the Johnson Space Center with her husband and high school sweetheart, Aaron, their two children, Jameson and Hannah, and the family dog. Outside of work, her time revolves around her children’s sports activities, cheering on the University of Houston men’s basketball team, and traveling with her family whenever possible.
