SHERRI LEE
CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
As Barrios’ Chief People Officer, Sherri serves as the executive leader of Human Resources, which includes optimizing performance and improving efficiencies and services related to our people initiatives across the business.
CAREER & EXPERIENCE
Before joining Barrios in 2024, Sherri accrued more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, primarily in the aerospace industry. Her career in HR leadership began at McDonnell Douglas, followed by significant roles at Boeing and United Space Alliance. As the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at United Space Alliance, she played a crucial role in navigating the challenging transition of the Space Shuttle program.
Sherri most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Grande Communications, while also serving as a Board member and Board Advisor for Myrtle Consulting Group.

Her two grown children are engaged and in the middle of wedding planning excitement. At home, Sherri has her dog kids who love to hike with her, so wherever there are trails, you will find them. Passionate about arts and cooking, she is a frequent gallery attender, paints as a hobby and loves to cook!
